assistance in implementation of the proposed structure
Partner identification for implementation of the proposed intervention where CSR activities are not being
intended to be undertaken directly by the corporates
Pre-grant evaluation of potential grantees for determining whether proposed implementing partner has the
financial management, organizational and legal capacity to implement the programs
Grant expenditure evaluations to ascertain whether utilization of funds is being undertaken in consonance
with the agreement for the stated purpose
